Philippine National Police KASIMBAYANAN program

KASIMBAYANAN stands for “Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan''— a revitalized program that bridges the PNP, the general public, faith-based organizations, and key stakeholders towards peaceful, safe, and protected communities.[1]


Binan City Police Station Community Affairs Section, Pulis Sa Barangay under the supervision of PLTCOL VIRGILIO M JOPIA, ACOP and PCDT of PNPA MASIDTALAK CLASS 2023 during Kasimbayanan Project - Ugnayan sa Barangay at Bungahan, Binan City, Laguna.

Strengthening the relationship between community, police and church, PLTCOL JOPIA represented by PLT DARIUS PAGUIA, conveyed a message about the holistic relationship that will lead to a peaceful and secure community.


As future leaders of the PNP, P/Cdt Joshua Sta. Ana of PNPA MASIDTALAK Class 2023, delivered their message of gratitude to Binan CPS and Community of Binan, and encourage the attendees to continuously support the program of the PNP. Pat Fernando Esguerra, Pulis Sa Barangay and Investigator of Binan CPS, tackled anti-criminality campaigns and Katarungan Pambarangay.


A short bible study and preaching was conducted by Ptr. Jel Lamitar, Values Life Coach from Binan Pastor Movement. Moreover, Brgy Captain Opina of Brgy. Bungahan conveyed message of appreciation and support to the Kasimbayanan Program of the PNP.


“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Following Jesus does not guarantee a carefree life. In fact, He explicitly states that we WILL have problems in this world. There is no way around it. Trouble takes different forms for us at different times in our lives, but one thing is certain: if you follow Jesus with all of your heart, the devil will come after you! He dislikes our devotion to Jesus and will do everything in His power to divert our attention and affections away from Him.[2]
